1. acceptance
by accessing scripts.dev or using any script distributed here, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. the service
scripts.dev provides free, open-source lua scripts for roblox, distributed through this website and our github repository.
3. eligibility
you must be at least 13 years old to use the service. you are solely responsible for complying with your local laws and with the rules of any platform you access (including roblox and your executor).
4. license & use
all scripts are open-source. you may view, copy and modify them for personal use. you may not resell them, claim them as your own, or redistribute them bundled with malicious code. you can modify if you give credits.
5. acceptable use
- do not use our name, logo or brand to scam or mislead others.
- do not redistribute our scripts as paid products.
- do not use the service to harass, harm or cheat other users beyond the script's intended features.
6. third-party platforms
roblox and executors are third-party services with their own terms. those terms apply to you in addition to these.
7. no warranty
the service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind — including availability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement. scripts may stop working at any time due to game updates.
8. limitation of liability
we are not liable for any account sanction, ban, damage or loss arising from the use of our scripts. you use the service at your own risk.
9. changes
we may update scripts or these terms at any time. continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
privacy policy

1. what we collect
scripts.dev is a static website. we run no server, require no account, use no tracking cookies and collect no personal data.
2. what github pages collects
the site is hosted on github pages, which logs standard access data (such as ip address and user-agent) as part of its infrastructure. see github's privacy statement.
3. scripts & local data
scripts run entirely on your device. settings (configs) are written to your executor's local storage by the executor itself — never by us, and never sent to us.
4. third-party links
links to discord, github and roblox are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. children
the service is not directed to children under 13. since we store no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on request.
